AHA 1: Your Daily Practice

Course Description

The center point of the meditative life is our daily meditation practice. In this course, we explore the first three stages of the meditation process: preparation, intention, and forging a connection. These three stages form the basis for our encounter with God. They enable us to contact our true Self and become aware of the living presence of the Divine that dwells within each of us. Mastering these three fundamentals is the key to serious spiritual progress.
