Once we have developed self-awareness, we need to discover how we move forward in the work of self-transformation. In this series, we will explore different strategies for turning our brokenness into wholeness and bringing healing and repair to our lives. 

Course Description

In this series, Rav Yoel will expand and deepen your understanding of the process of shattering and repair—shevirah and tikkun—and how it is unfolds in your spiritual life and the work you have been given to do in this world. 

Course Format

Each session will be two hours long. The sessions will include a combination of teaching, Kabbalistic meditations, practical transformation practices, breakout groups, textual study, discussion, and Q&A.
Recordings will be available for all sessions.

Session One: The Strength of Our Weakness

In this session, we discover that it is our weaknesses that are the focus of our spiritual work in this world. We will learn how to release the unique potential hidden within these places of struggle and transform them into a source of great strength.

 This session reveals how the great Biblical figures transformed their weaknesses through the power of their spiritual encounters with the Divine. it provides us with various role models for undertaking this sacred work.
