FBW 1: Cosmic Shattering and Repair

miniseries * 4 sessions
The first series, Cosmic Shattering and Repair, looks at Rabbi Isaac Luria's (the Ari) concepts of the shattering of the cosmic vessels and the repair of the universe. It delves into how these ideas affect our conception of reality and the view we have of our place in this world.

Course Description

In this series, Rav Yoel will outline the fundamental principles of the Ari's concept of Creation and explore how they shape the Jewish approach to the work of self-transformation and Tikkun Middot—the molding and healing of our body, heart, and mind.

Course Format

Each session will be two hours long. The sessions will include a combination of teaching, Kabbalistic meditations, practical transformation practices, breakout groups, textual study, discussion, and Q&A.
Recordings will be available for all sessions.
