AHA 5: Broader Meditation Issues

Course Description

The fifth and last series investigates a number of broader issues related to the practice of meditation. The purpose of this section is to give you a deeper understanding of the spiritual processes that occur when you dive into the inner realm. It places meditation in the wider context of the Kabbalistic view of reality and the mystical conception of God. It explains how your individual practice fits within the evolutionary framework of the universe.

Session One: Two Paths to the Supreme

Some of us are searching for a path to a personal God. Others do not believe in a personal Deity and are looking for another way to connect to the Higher Power. This session looks at the personal and impersonal paths of meditation and the similarities and differences between them.
